Press Release for Southwest Appliance’s Groundbreaking Ceremony!  

On Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Buena Vista Builders, Inc. was proud to announce the groundbreaking ceremony for Roger & Christine Sterling’s new Southwest Appliance facility located at 21 Davidson Creek Road, in the Rancho Vedado Subdivision next to the Three Springs Subdivision located just off of Highway 160.

Leading the groundbreaking was Bob Smith, President & Owner of Buena Vista Builders, Inc., General Contractor for the project, in conjunction with Tom Umbhau of Bauen Group Architects, & First National Bank of Durango.

Southwest Appliance, Buena Vista Builders, Inc. & First National Bank of Durango are all proud members of the HBA of Southwest Colorado as well.

Southwest Appliance’s new 7,829 SF facility will include 3,458 SF of designated Retail space, 1,118 SF of Appliance Service Repair space, 948 SF of Office space, 2,430 SF for the new Warehouse, and LOTS OF PARKING!
